Museum of Flight

On Thursday and Friday nights we stayed in Bellevue and just spent our time exploring Seattle - visiting some of our favorite places, discovering new fun places, etc. We went to the Museum of Flight (pics below), Rainforest Cafe, Marymoor Park in Redmond (pics below), ate at Panera (which we LOVE), Alki Beach, and more!

Then Saturday night we stayed at the W in Downtown Seattle where Jason's cousin Todd had his wedding and reception. I can't believe that we didn't take any pictures - but it was great to see some of Jason's family and celebrate another Korb wedding. Sunday morning we packed up and headed home - stopping in North Bend to have brunch at another one of Jason's cousin's house - Julie. Where Jaxon loved playing with her 2 year old twins - Addison and Cassidy (whom he called "one kid" for some reason) He loved their trampoline so much that Heidi got him one for his birthday - pictures of that to come later. That marked the end of week long vacation. Long overdue and we will definitely be doing this more often!! Work will always be there, we need to keep reminding ourselves. But the memories that we build as a family are priceless.

Playing "hoops" in Marymoor Park. It was definitely good for him to get out into the open and run around!

Going out for a long pass from Aunt Heidi.

Quick family photo. Notice the cute red cheeks on Jaxon from all the running.

Going up for the slam dunk, with a little help from daddy.

Did it!!
